General Return Policy
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain an RMA number by contact us at RMA@acemicros.com. Without RMA #, we have right to refuse all return request;
- Products that are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- Not include all original packaging and accessories;
- Missing UPC code on its original packaging;
- Any physical damage on return item.
- Replacement period: 21 days (Software and CPU are not-replaceable)
- Refund period: 21 days (Software and CPU are not-refundable)
- Restocking fee: 15% on all refund requests
- Return shipping: Buyers is responsible on return shipping fee
Restriction on certain items:
- We don’t accept replacement or refund request on all software and CPU products.
- Consumable products, such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc., are non-refundable and non-replaceable once the original packaging is open. Consumable products can be refunded only the original packaging is not open.
- Customer requests RMA number;
- RMA number is issued;
- Customer ships back item(s) (must mark the RMA number outside the box);
- RMA department receives and verifies return item(s), and then process or deny RMA request;
- If RMA request is accepted, it will be processed within 3-5 business days;
- Replacement ships or refund, RMA request completes;
