General Return Policy

 

Restriction on certain items:

 

RMA Procedure:

  1. Customer requests RMA number;
  2. RMA number is issued;
  3. Customer ships back item(s) (must mark the RMA number outside the box);
  4. RMA department receives and verifies return item(s), and then process or deny RMA request;
  5. If RMA request is accepted, it will be processed within 3-5 business days;
  6. Replacement ships or refund, RMA request completes;
